Zelite knives are first class quality Chef's knifes that any cook at home or professional chef would love to own. This knife is a 6-inch boning blade knife that is razor sharp and makes the preparation of food in the kitchen a breeze. This knife has a thinner blade to allow you to easily cut around the bone in a piece of meat and it is razor sharp to allow you to cut through the meat quickly and easily. It features a sharp thin knife tip to pierce into the meat and the blade is more flexible than other broader blades that you may use in your kitchen. The knife blade is stiff enough not to easily bend when you are cutting thicker and tough pieces of meat like a steak or a piece of thicker pork. The thinner blade allows you to more easily cut along and around the bone in the meat and to make precise cuts.

In our home we eat a lot of fresh meats and my wife tends to buy bulk meat packages and re-butcher the larger package into smaller portions for cooking for 2 to 4 people. This knife is ultra-sharp and makes the task of deboning and preparing our food faster.

In our video I debone a large pork chop and I just loved the way it cuts. It is so sharp that it just slides through the items you are cutting. This knife is solidly made with a full tang knife design. It is well balanced and the handle is a riveted fiberglass design. Being made of stainless steel it is strong and sharp and with a full tang blade design you will not worry about breaking the knife while cutting difficult items.

In our video the knife cuts the bone from a pork chop with ease. The knife is so sharp that I was shocked at how easily the knife slides along the bone to remove the meat. I literally had to almost apply no pressure to cut the meat from the bone. This knife is scary sharp!
