A high quality serrated bread knife that is beautifully made and ultra-sharp!, My wife and I love hard crusted breads, perhaps that is from my travels in Europe for many years. I was excited to be offered to review this knife because Zelite knives are first class quality knives that any cook at home or professional chef would love to own.
This knife is an 8-inch knife that is razor sharp and serrated to made easy work of slicing bread, regardless of whether it is soft or hard crust style and it makes the preparation of food in the kitchen a breeze. My wife tries it out in our video and she just loved the way it cuts. It is so sharp that it just slides through the items you are cutting and none of our other bread knives even compare to this one. The serrated edge helps make short work for even soft vegetables and fruit like tomatoes. You can really tell the difference in the sharpness and the quality of the knife blade.
This knife is solidly made with a full tang knife design. It is well balanced and the handle is a riveted fiberglass design. Being made of stainless steel it is strong and sharp and with a full tang blade design you will not worry about breaking the knife while cutting difficult items.
In our video my wife cuts up a loaf of French bread and a tomato. The knife is so sharp my wife was shocked at how easily the knife sliced through these items.
